Azeri Light sells for 41.41

The oil prices have again changed on the world markets, with a barrel of Azeri Light crude trading at $41.41.

AZERI Light FOB Ceyhan oil price was $40.58 per barrel on March 30, or $1.16 more than the previous price.

Azerbaijan has been producing AZERI LT since 1997 and exports it via Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan and Baku-Supsa pipelines, as well as by rail to the Georgian port of Batumi.

Azerbaijan also exports URALS oil from Russia’s Black Sea port of Novorossiysk. The oil is delivered there via the Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline.

The price for URALS-NOVO was $36.48 per barrel on March 30, or $1.1 more than the previous price.

On the New York Mercantile Exchange NYMEX cost of the US Light crude oil decreased $0.75 to stand at $37.85. A barrel of British Brent crude oil rose $0.30 to trade at $39.61 at the London ICE.

OPEC oil basket’s price stood at $34.91 per barrel on March 30, or $0.41 more than on March 29.
