Microsoft Corporation has recently made a significant move in its expansion strategy by acquiring 48 acres of land in Hyderabad, India, in a deal worth approximately Rs 267 crore.

According to an ET report, the acquisition was facilitated through a deal with Sai Balaji Developers, a prominent land aggregator situated in the Ranga Reddy district. Propstack, a reputable data analytics firm, provided insights into this transaction. As per a report, Microsoft's acquisition is part of its ambitious plans to bolster its data centre business.
